It is the first curated Rally for Serve™ shop lineup. A product is available to purchase only when its page shows current pricing and an active Add to Bag control. A “Coming to Shop” label is a preview, not a present offer for sale.

Drop Lab is where Rally shares products that are still being explored. Concepts are developmental, are not available to purchase unless expressly stated, and are not guaranteed to enter production. Names, materials, specifications, designs, timing, and pricing may change.

No. Community input may help shape what moves forward, but a concept may change, remain in development, or never be produced. The current storefront does not accept payment or preorders for Drop Lab concepts.

Use the measurements and fit information shown on the applicable product page. Sizing and fit may vary by product, so review the product-specific guidance before ordering. If you still have a question, contact the shop team before purchasing.

Some products may be restocked, while limited releases may not return. When a restock is confirmed, we will update the relevant product page or announce it through Rally for Serve channels.

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the product-condition requirements in the Shipping & Returns policy. Direct exchanges are not offered at launch. Contact Rally before mailing a return so eligibility and return instructions can be confirmed.

Yes. Rally for Serve works with padel and racquet-sport clubs, pro shops, and select retail partners interested in carrying Rally products.

For Rally for Serve-branded padel balls, club orders are generally sold by the case. A standard case contains 24 tubes. Availability, wholesale pricing, minimums, shipping, and opening-order terms may vary by product.

Rally for Serve may also carry select third-party racquet-sport products and brands. Wholesale or club-order availability for those products may be subject to the applicable brand's dealer terms and distribution policies.
