Rally for Serve may offer products through subscriptions, recurring purchases, preorders, or other purchase options.

For recurring purchases, customers authorize Rally for Serve to charge their selected payment method according to the price, billing frequency, and terms disclosed at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Customers may cancel recurring purchases or subscriptions at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum purchase commitment.

Cancellation stops future renewals and charges that have not yet been processed.

Orders already processed before a cancellation request remain subject to our standard Shipping & Returns Policy.

Changes to delivery frequency, shipment dates, or subscription quantities are subject to the options available for the applicable purchase.

Recurring charges are processed according to the billing schedule selected at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be disclosed according to the terms of the purchase.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund an order that has already been processed.

Certain products may be offered for preorder before they become available for shipment.

Preorder payment terms, expected availability, and any applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Estimated availability and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns and refunds for merchandise purchased through subscriptions, recurring orders, or preorders are governed by our published Shipping & Returns Policy, subject to applicable law and any additional terms disclosed at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
