Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rally for Serve Sports LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Rally,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information as the operator and controller of the Rally for Serve merchandise storefront.

This Policy applies only to the Rally for Serve merchandise storefront. Separate Rally for Serve services, including facility booking, memberships, events, accounts, or other services, may be governed by separate privacy notices.

Information you provide

You may provide your name, email address, inquiry category or topic, order number where applicable, organization or club name where applicable, and message content when you use the Contact form. Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and are not added to marketing.

When you join the Founding Crew, you provide your email address and consent to receive product launches, Drop Lab testing opportunities, early releases, and Rally updates. Shopify stores that subscription on your customer record and identifies it with the Founding Crew tag.

When you use Shopify-hosted checkout, you may provide shipping, billing, order, and other information needed to complete a purchase.

Information collected automatically

The storefront may process an anonymous cart identifier, IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, requested pages, error and security logs, and other strictly necessary technical records used to deliver, maintain, and protect the storefront.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may also receive page URLs, device and browser details, approximate location derived from IP address, and shopping interactions such as product views, cart activity, and checkout starts. We do not send names, email addresses, shipping addresses, payment details, or other personal identifiers in those analytics events.

Shop account information

If you sign in to a shop account, Shopify authenticates you through Shopify’s customer account experience and returns a session to the storefront. We do not receive, handle, or store your Shopify password. While you are signed in, we can read your customer profile name and email address, your saved addresses, and your order history in order to display them to you.

Information received from Shopify and service providers

We may receive order information, transaction or payment status, shipping information, refund or dispute information, fulfillment-related records, and other commerce records reasonably necessary to administer orders. We do not receive complete payment-card credentials through the Rally storefront.

• Maintain the storefront and cart.
• Authenticate shop accounts and display your orders, saved addresses, and profile details to you.

• Administer shipping, returns, and refunds.
• Send Founding Crew marketing communications you requested.
• Prevent fraud and abuse and protect storefront security.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain service reliability.
• Measure storefront performance and shopping activity through optional analytics you accept.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
• Enforce applicable terms and protect rights and safety.

The structured Contact form may collect your name, email address, topic, order number where applicable, organization or club name where applicable, and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and do not use it to subscribe you to marketing.

An email-delivery provider may process the information necessary to transmit your inquiry to Rally.

Shopify processes certain information on our behalf as part of providing ecommerce services and may also process information for its own purposes as described in Shopify’s privacy notices. Shopify also provides the customer account and authentication infrastructure behind shop accounts, and remains the system of record for customer profiles, saved addresses, and orders.

Information may be provided to service providers supporting hosting and infrastructure, security and fraud prevention, customer inquiry delivery, payment and ecommerce services, fulfillment, carriers or shipping, and — if you accept optional analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, when reasonably necessary for those services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to enforce applicable terms, or to protect rights and safety.

Payment credentials are entered into Shopify checkout or the applicable payment provider systems. The Rally storefront does not request or store complete payment-card numbers. Rally may receive transaction status, refund, dispute, accounting, fraud-prevention, and order records needed to administer purchases.

Certain product pages may use Sirv for an optional 360° product viewer. Loading the viewer may transmit ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and request details to Sirv.

We use a strictly necessary cart cookie to maintain an anonymous Shopify cart between visits. This cookie is required for cart functionality and generally expires after approximately 30 days unless cleared or replaced.

If you sign in to a shop account, we also set strictly necessary, encrypted authentication cookies that keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. These cookies are not readable by scripts in your browser and are cleared when you log out.

Shopify-hosted checkout may use its own cookies and similar technologies as described in Shopify’s notices, including Google measurement on checkout if the Google & YouTube channel is connected in Shopify Admin.

Optional analytics cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session replays and is configured to mask payment fields, form inputs, and other sensitive on-screen text. Clarity is not used on shop account or contact pages. You can change this choice below.

We do not use storefront analytics for targeted advertising, and Google advertising / personalization signals are disabled in our Google Analytics configuration. If we later introduce practices that require additional disclosures, consent, or opt-out rights under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide the required choices before those practices begin.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention may vary based on orders, support, returns and refunds, fraud prevention, security, tax and accounting requirements, legal obligations, and disputes or claims. Information may be deleted, de-identified, or otherwise disposed of when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection to certain uses of personal information.

To submit a privacy request, use the Contact form and select “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute purposes.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by using the Contact form. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect transactional messages about an order or service request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.

The merchandise storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please use the Contact form.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission, website, service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last updated.
